LOL, no, but they intended it to. It was the nuclear age. A nuclear reactor is larger than that car, by a fair margin.
Anyhow, this thread is quite subjective. I know people that have VWs that have far more than 100,000 on the clock with no issues. However, I did have an AMC Wagoneer with a Chevy 2.8L V6 in it. That thing has to be one of the worst engines EVER. Original made it to about 100,000 before spinning a bearing and after a full rebuild it made to about 83,000 before it threw another. Not to mention that it was the most gutless vehicle I've ever driven.
However, I do know that this engine really
is garbage since it's been on many worst engine lists of all time.
Also, if you're going to say something is crap, at least give a reason why.
