bad oil leak

98 dodge caravan 3.0l, just today got a bad oil leak. looks like it is above the crankshaft. am i screwed.

Yes.
Do not pass go.
Take it directly to the junkyard now, save a headache later.
Fix the economy, purchase a new 2008 T&C today, keep a few Canadians employed.
