You might have a problem with the ABS pump or the EBCM but with both lights on I don't think it's a sensor. Jack up one or both front wheels...locate the sensor wire coming off of the wheel bearing and unplug from wiring harness. Plug the leads from a ac volt meter into the sensor wire...spin the tire really good and watch the meter. 350mv ac is the minimum. Now do the other side...if there is a big difference then the low one is the problem...but...the sensors reporting different voltages are what causes the ABS pump to activate under 10mph and it will
not throw a code or cause a light to come on. You have either a bad EBCM or an open ABS pump motor. Has the ABS pump ever ran after you turned the truck off? Also...we are forgetting the simplest thing...did you check the fuses? If you have EBCM or pump problems call these people:

Twice I have needed to have
both my EBCM rebuilt and a new ABS motor from Module Masters and they saved me thousands of dollars.
