Have a 2003 Ranger. When I turn the blower switch to the second step I do not get a increase in blower speed. It seems to stay in the 1st step speed. It does work on high and low settings but not the second. Switch? or something else?

Switch it looks like. The resistor for the 2nd speed could be burned out or open.
