abs brake bleeding 2001 Venture

Recently replaced rear brake cylinder, and bled brakes. After bleeding have brakes, but get a bad metal sound and pulsating in pedal. If abs harness is unhooked brakes work perfectly with no noise. Any clues?

I have been told I need to take it to dealer to be put on abs scanner to force abs pump to bleed. Anyone else have this problem?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you.

I've been told that if you get air in the pump you have to bleed it seperately.

I change the brake fluid in my cars all the time and I just bleed them normaly with a vacuum pump, but I've never lost brake pressure so you may need to bleed the pump.
