Angry waitin' for 03 aftermarket to arrive

I have a 2003 5.3L Silverado Z71 and I'm going to get several things done. As you can see by my signature, it's going to take some time. So far I have the Putco Boss Bars on the sides and a Gaylord's X200 tonneau cover with a Line-X liner. In the near future I'm looking at an exhaust and anti-sways or some sort of front end protection (yuppie for me since I don't take it off road, yet). What are your opinions on exhausts? I love the Corsa sound, but it's big bucks (check my signature again) so I'm down to either the SUV Performance 50 series Flowmaster or Dynomax somethingorother kit. I'm familiar with the flowmaster as I had one on my S10 (I'll never go small again) and like its tone, but I understand Dynomax offers better performance, is this right? I don't want the interior noise level to bore me to death or drive my crazy with the drone factor either. Don't those mufflers with the filler material for resonance reasons eventually burn off and become louder? I've heard that before but suprisingly alot of aftermarket companies still use this stuff. Any pro advice or experiences to share?
Finally, anyone out there have the Hotchkis anti-sways on a 4X4 that can say whether it is worth the price? Sorry my post runs long as I am a newbie to this forum and had alot to get off my mind since there is no discussion of this stuff with my wife. Women just don't understand.

Hotckis Sway Bars

I have the Hotchkis bars on my 00 Silverado 4x4 and I love them. The quality of the components are far superior to everything else out there. I have used their parts on other vehicles in the past and been really happy. I also upgraded to a heavier torsion bar. The combination has a little under steer under normal conditions, but can be pushed harder and will actually allow the rear to bite harder when needed. If you will be doing any aggressive 4 wheelen you will want to disconnect the end links, becuase sway bars limit your suspension articulation which is what you need offroad. I also have them on my girlfriend 02 Tahoe. The Tahoe gets even better results. I highly recommend the hotchkis sway bars. The cost is a little more, but if you ever use other bars such as Helwig, you won't ever cheap out again.

A pair of Glass Packs sound great on those 5.3 Vortecs! That's what I'd go with.

if you want something that's mellow at idle, and mean at wide open throttle, corsa is it.

my boss has one, and it sounds amazing.

like a muscle car on command.

www.corsaperf.com has sound clips, and the power increase is pretty nice as well...

if you're looking cheaper, go gibson www.gibsonperformance.com
they sound pretty good, and are about 1/2 the price of corsa

Cool Exhaust

I have a 2003 chev silverado 1500 z71 and I opted for the Gibson stainless steal 2.5 inch duel. I had a loud gmc with staight pipes but I wanted the power and less noise. I got it with the gibson. It is not offensive but still rumbles nicely enough to turn heads.
