I have 1994 Oldsmobile Cierra Cruiser S abs light on airbag light abs will slow car down when light is on and just tonight charging light flashed for about 2 mile drove for about 3 mile to get off road and called tow truck light been on and off for about 3 days has anyone ever had this happen and found out the cause .also can you remove air cond compresser and just use smaller serp belt it making growling noise and the cluch is rattling i never use it and realy cant aford the cost to put new one on scince i purchased car at 50,000 . mile now has 113,000 does anyone think it could be the alternater causing the light and abs problem because all lights started at same time other than that car run ok check battery voltage getting 12.45 volts would say that ok and little over 14 volts from alternater so that ok thinking maybe onboard ecm modules any one no of a brand or model OBD2 Generic Scan Tool with OBD1 Capability that would work with this car has 3100 engine

Check your battery for vltage, should be at least 12vlts up to 13.5vlts.
Also check the connections, make sure they are clean and tight.

If those are all good, then I'd suspect your alternator is dying.
With out a proper scann its hard to say why the ABS and air bag lights are on, but low power can cause strange things to happen.
