How do I know which is my problem. All of a sudden the remotes don't work. tried replacing batteries, no go tried reprogaming procedure by jumping #1 to #8 etc. the locking & unlocking cycled but couldn't get the remotes to do the same. can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

call dealerships service manager should be able to give correct proceedure. my key entry stopped working once and i had to use repair manual to reset the receiver/transmitter to operate locks.....
