Where's my oil cooler?

I've just gotten a 79 MGB, and I'm trying to get familiar with it before I try to make it run. I can't find the oil cooler? Thanks

Re: Where's my oil cooler?

If it has a cooler it's under the car in front of the radiator. Follow the two oil lines to the cooler. If you have only a big external oil hose/pipe running directly from the rear of the block to the oil filter adapter you don't have a cooler.

Not all MGBs came with oil coolers. PJ
