This is what that link says: With open headers, 9.5 slicks and a Tunnel Ram, this Yenko went a best OP 10.17 down the 1/4 mile
It's fully documented by COPO Connection, so I have no reason to doubt it's authenticity...

In vintage rubber (Big-O 4plys), they were running low 13s - high 12s. With today's slicks high 11s .
