Unhappy 84 Lebaron dies

My 84 Chrysler Lebaron dies every time I turn left. The mech can't seem to figure it out. Has anyone ever had this problem. If it weren't for the fact I love this car, it's great mileage and comfort I'd just get rid of it. Can anyone help???
