The G-POWER Z3 M Evolution III Compressor with 525 hp
The fastest Z3 Coupé EVO III in the world comes from G-POWER. The Tuner-Grand-Prix Winner Car of 2001 was now further converted and completed to be suitable as a street version. With the EVO III with 525 hp at 7.250 r.p.m. and 600 Nm at 4.000 r.p.m. G-POWER provide their customers with the converted street version with 6-gears and a top speed of more than 320 km/h. The car was again modified especially for that conversion. Installed parts: G-POWER 19“ wheels set Daytona II in 8,5 and 10 x 19“ with 235 and 265 tyres; the racing suspension (adjustable in height and hardness and therefore suitable for races or on the street) was especially developed by G-POWER for the Z3-M. As a matter of fact the Track-Shift gear-change may not be missing, shortening the gear-shift travel by approx. 20 - 30 %. Especially for the high-performance models EVO III G-POWER supplies a roof wing being suitable for street purposes and adjustable in several steps, ensuring a pressure of 60 kilos on the rear axle at lower speeds on the racing track. The light-weight racing bucket seats are especially made for the Z3. Both seats together will bring an advantage of 50 kilos in contrary to the heavy electrically adjustable seats. For the stability G-POWER offers a roll-over cage made of aluminium polished or silver painted. For the G-POWER- braking system the M5 braking discs are used with adapted braking pliers. In the front, the typical G-POWER front lips were installed. The hand-crafted stainless steel exhaust system with the well-known G-POWER sound is also available in several sound versions for all Z3 customers.

The motor-compressor-conversion includes the complete modification of the engine with new pistons, and revised rod and head. Furthermore, G-POWER offers special headers as well as the corresponding exhaust system. The complete compressor system will be assembed on this modified engine. A boost pressure of 0.8 bar results in a performance of 525 hp. What we would like to emphasize is the fact that regarding compressor supercharging of M-motors G-POWER is market leading resp. the only manufacturer since the M3 3.0l has entered the market. The engines for racing purposes are converted at G-POWER's location.
Also smaller street versions as EVO I are available at G-POWER.

From G-Power:

"The G-POWER compressor engines are the principal items of our developments. Since 1994 G-POWER has been market leading, e. g. in the area of compressors for the M3-engine, and meanwhile is offering for every 6- and 8-cylinder-engine an economical, practical concept. At the EVO II grades the conversion is done on the standard series engine with a maximum loading pressure of 0.35 thru 0.45 bars (depending on the engine type). The EVO grades II and III have to be installed in our workshop including the modification of the engine, according to car type. Due to the extensive experience of the last years, G-POWER offers you one year of guarantee on the conversion of a new car without any limit
on the driven kilometers. The servicing as well as all other controls can furthermore be carried out by your BMW-partner."

That's about the most powerful M Coupe that I know of not counting V8 swaps and such.

Are those wheel horsepower figures or crank horsepower figures. There is a 600+bhp M Coupe lurking the streets of Miami. It's turbocharged by Active Autowerke.

Have you seen that Active is the best?

For turbo applications on the BMW, AA is absolutely one of the best.

That's a very insightful comment, what do you base your statement on?
Are you stating that if it were still stock, it would have good handling? Are you saying that it "looks" like the handing would be worse than stock? Please explain :bloated: .

Two-Part question:

1. The G-Force Daytona II wheels are my favorite wheels. I can't afford them new, but I also don't know where to find them used. I'm pretty sure they are more common in Europe since it is G-Force's primary market. I just don't know how to find them from European sellers. Does anyone know a forum/website/person/dealer where I can find these wheels commonly used?

2. Further down the road I plan to get a supercharger, and again, G-Force seems to have a pretty nice product available. Unfortunately I have an S52 engine (US spec 240 hp) and not the S50 or S54 which the superchargers mentioned above are made for. Any speculation on them coming out with one for an S52? Thanks for any answers.

Is this like a dead forum now? This is my favorite M Coupe setup, however, its like a ghost forum. Its unfortunate not to get one answer from someone who might know the answer to my previous question. My regularly attended forum, Roadfly, is a great bunch of people. They'd have an answer within the time it takes me to refresh the screen. I've already asked about this car there, but little is known except for the obvious fact that its a G-Power advertisement in itself. I'm not flaming out at any members of this site; not like anyone will see this anyway. So, what's up with this forum? Admins, you can erase this. Atleast I'd know someone saw it to erase it.

Maybe no one knows the answers to your q’s, bear that possibility in mind... this thread's been viewed almost a thousand times so im guessing its not a question of the forum being dead but more like no one knowing the answer to your question.... anyways, good luck finding that stuff out
