Body work being done, Neeed help deciding

Greetings to all,

My 99 P11 recentley was vandalized (I found it on blocks) and the car is now in the shop. And theres some work im thinking about having done now that its in the shop but im not positive about going through with it. First I wann have the side moldings removed, and then i wanna have the amber corner markers in the front and the red corner markers on the rear filled. What do you guys think?

I say go for it.

I cant work out way you need the amber/red lights there anyway.
We dont have them on our cars in NZ, and i think it looks heaps better without them.

If you can make modifications to the car while it's in the shop, I'm all for it.

no i mean the little rubber things on the side of the car that are supposed to protect against other peoples doors opening against yours. They are barely noticeable but i think the car would look better without them...

yes get all that done all at once. it will save you a lot of money from repainting it all over again, plus it will look better without the side moldings.

oh yah, duh! ok, i know wat your referring to. yah, it would be one less area you need to worry about water dripping on your side panels after washing the car and wiping it the first time...

Hey man, I had the antenna shaved on my p10 and I would strongly suggest doing so. I do not have any antenna now and I get perfect reception through a pioneer premier headunit. Actually my reception is better now than it was when I had the antenna.

Just my 2 cents
