Reattaching a mirror on a '92 Dodge Shadow

I recently had someone knock the driver's side mirror off my shadow. The shops around me want about $100 for parts/labor to replace it. I can get a mirror, used, from the junkyard for about $20. So my question is, does anyone have any idea how hard it is to replace a mirror? Any tips or how to's are appreciated. It's a manual mirror, so I figure it can't be that hard.

Being a manual, all you should have to do is remove some paneling and perhaps at the most the entire door panel. Then simply unscrew the old mirror and screw in the new one. It is that easy.
