clear corner question

I just got a pait of clear corners for my 93 civic hatch. When the lights are on the corners look brownish , i also have PIAA hyper whites. But i want the corners to match my headlights. The two things i need to know is how illegal is it for them to match and how do you get them to match?

thanks

ben

Get hyper white bulbs for your corner lights. They won't be as white as your head light, but they won't be brownish at night either. I think white corner lights are illigal, but i've had them for almost 2 years and no cop has pulled me over yet.

yeah, i think it all depends on local law enforcement. here in rome, ga i've seen people get busted for having green but not for white, although the law may say it's not ok some pigs wont care, then again the law may say it's ok and you get busted, i've been there

your corners can be clear, or euro-clear, it doesnt matter, you can have any light on your car as clear as you want it except your tail lamp since you need a red reflector back there. and true, it does depend on your local laws, but you can get away with any color bulb in your turnsignal, as long as its not red or blue, though, I have heard somewhere that green is forbidden also. oh well. I dontk now all the state laws
