Is there in L.A. a way to hard tune my delta?

Well, first start with a strong short block. I'm not sure exactly how much the Integrale Evo can take stock, but that should be your first priority. Then comes engine control, might as well go for a stand alone system at those power levels. Then start thinking about how much boost you will need.
