My daughter has a 98 Prism the daylight lights work. But the head lights turn on when the car is started with the dash lights off , then after about 15 seconds the dash lights come on and the headlights go off , and they cannot be turned on with the switch. The switch turns on the marker lights and the taillights but no headlights all the fuses are good and the headlight relay is working . HELP
