motor questions

i have a 92 hatch with a d15 v-tech so what i want to do is put after market pistions in it well i have to change anyting on my head and will it give me any more power out of the motor

You shouldn't have to change anything with the head, but if you want to take advantage of the higher compression, you should upgrade the camshaft (as well as the valvetrain to go along with the cam).
