Unhappy 2000 Isuzu Rodeo left signal light

I have a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS that I am trying to get inspected however it did not pass. My left front signal light is blinking very fast. I have replaced the bulbs on two different occaissons and it continues to blink rapidly. Maybe I am using the wrong bulb 1156a. Can anyone advise further? Could it be the fuse.

You have a bad ground somewhere. Will take someone with electrical knowledge to find and fix it.

I think 1156 is for the rear turn signals. 1157 is for the front.

I would pull all the signal bulbs and clean them up and reinstall.
