well i just bought an 85 Camaro IROC-Z today.
$500
Red
350 TPI .040 over
Hot cam
700-r4
Fiberglass hood, fiberglass rear bumper, fiberglass frontend.



(i'm pretty excited.)


so far, i plan to put a T-56 in it and get the engine running correctly (its got a few electrical demons that are keeping it going slow)

what else do y'all reccommend doing that would make a difference in the feel/appearance/performance/fun of the car?

anyway, i was mostly just saying hi

so...

what should i do now that i have a "real" car. (no offense venture)
it needs a new trans and some engine work.
i guess i better move this discussion to the performance section if i want real feedback.

I did. That's why I posted it. You it went down like this: A bunch of guys from the Caprice forum carjacked a Camaro and proceeded to run down Grey Goose. They figure if he likes Camaros better then he ought to like getting run over by one. AAnd besides they didn't want to get their cars dirty, and bloody.

I'm just kidden, I still kick my own ass regularly for giving up not one but 2 Caprices in my time, damn indestrucable cars, I still see my last one every so often around town.

Hey Goose, one thing that always got me, in your sig pic, did you phtotshop out the door handles or are they truely shaved?

well my sig pic is a representation of what i wanted the car to look like when i got it.

i "photoshopped" (using gimp cause im cheap) the doorhandles, lowered it a few inches, cleaned up some ugly paint areas, and tinted the windows.

pretty soon, i will have my camaro pics up.
