Thumbs up need help identifying a resistor

I have a 95 LeSabre custom, and while I was checking oil I noticed a damaged electrical resistor hanging down. This item is located under the top of the driver side front fender up above the emissions canister behind the headlights. Does anyone have any idea what this belongs to as I only recently purchased this vechicle and don't know what it was equipped with that may not be working. Thanks for your help; again

Does it have daytime running lights?

As far as I know the vechicle came equipped with DRL but as of now, they don't work.

Re: need help identifying a resistor

Changing that resistor should get them working. I think it's a dealer item, or junkyard.
