I have 2003 expedition eddie bauer 2wd what shocks do they have? struts in front shocks in back or all struts all the way round?

any suggestions on shocks to get the smoothest ride to make it feel not built on a truck frame. My little newborn getting whiplash on rough ride hitting bumps lol
