When driving car hesitates then kicks in also when in drive or park rpms are going up and down and sometimes will stall ,if im at a light and put it in nuetral its fine.When first starting i hear a noise that sounds like fan is working too hard and when u turn the steering wheel when in park it wants to die also.Has anyone expierenced this problem?

It would help to post your mileage. When was the last tune up? Spark plugs and ignition wires? Any SES/CEL light? How low is the rpms when this occurs. Have you located the source of the noise. Is it from the engine, cooling fans?

Just a guess without any other info but you could have a vacuum leak or maybe a defective idle air controller (IAC) or MAF sensor.
