clearcoat failing

I will try to get a pic but here is what is happening..this car im sure was parked in the sun a lot...but ever since i put turtle wax ice on (about a year ago) i bought this 02 nissan sentra se-r in 2005 , the clearcoat is ruined im sure...either that or its turtle wax that wont come off...

i even see smears on the back where i wiped it which makes me think its just wax? anyways its bubbling and it wont come off...ive washed it a few times with dawn and hot water and clay barred it and then washed with meguiars and then used meguiars gold wax on it...anyways...it looks like clearcoat bubbling off and there is paint underneath still...its like the whole clearcoat is just disintegrating but its odd that it has streaks from where i wiped it down...

like i said ill post pics but its really strange..is there any sure way to rip off turtle wax ice so i can be sure if its clearcoat or wax?

update: the only place in town that sells liquid claybars (recommended for taking off old wax?) is turtle wax ice liquid claybar so im kinda hesitant to use it but it would be the best for removing old turtle wax ice wax....i would imagine..its 20 dollars...as long as it doesnt rain tonight i might give it a shot... the best i can describe what it looks like is i have the paint and on top of that is a glaze and its beginning to make little holes and it has streaks where i would have wiped it and buffed it...
