Well this "new" 94 Jeep is keeping me busy and out of trouble  Finished rebuilding the 249, it worked well :iceslolan

So on to the new problem. :runaround: The Vehicle Info center started acting quirky, like it lost power. Clock was back to default. Seems like a bad connection but wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Was it flashing the time like everything got reset (like the battery was disconnected)?

If so, I would assume this is somewhat normal...lol
My 94 did this all the time, well about once a month, You will be driving down the road and the VIC would reset.

Yep, acted like the power was lost. Im going to pull it out and see if I cant put some die electric grease in the connector. Will let you know.

Well that didnt do it. Seemed like it at first, in fact lasted a whole day! I am now suspecting the VIC itself. Going to have to go to the boneyard and get "Franky" a new used one. :iceslolan
