Umm, stop right there.
Look at the main caps. You should see an arrow cast into each one. The arrow points to the front of the block, not to the back. Also, make sure that each cap is back in the same place that it came from, on the same block.
If you didn't mark your caps before you took the thing apart, you will need to stop where you are, take everything back out of the block and take the block to a machine shop to have it align-bored. Simply obtaining different caps will not help you avoid the necessity of the align-bore. The only way you can get by without an align-bore is by making sure you put the caps back in the location and orientation from whence they came.
If you don't align-bore the engine where needed, your main bearings may not survive the initial engine startup.
