Has anyone done ....?

Has anyone here done a pinion seal and transmission seal replacement on a `95firebird. It does not appear to be a big job . Just looking for a torque value on pinion nut and also ,dealer wanted to know if pinion seal was one peice or two peice seal as his book shows both ?? Any tips welcome
Thanks Muff
one other thing has anyone disabled the auto headlights on these cars as well . I`m getting tired of seeing the headlights pop up on a sunny day . Don`t want to wear out motors /actuators prematurely
Thanks

Try looking in a shop manual for the question about the seals

Oh, and the I have heard of the auto headlight feature being disabled, I forget how. You'll probably need a soldering iron though.
