4040 vs 3030 Prop Valve?vxturbo 10-24-2007, 12:55 AM I can not find a definitive answer to this question. I just swapped the brakes in my 94 CX Hatch to the 94 Integra GSR Discs on all four corners. I also swapped my MC to the 15/16ths one from the 91 Civic EX. Now for the question, I have a 3030 valve in my hatch (stock) and I bought a 4040 off of a 93 Integra but I am having issues removing the brake lines from the Prop valve in the car (and yes I have the right tool, the tool is stripping the nuts!) Is there a big difference between the 4040 and the 3030 if I have the big MC? Whats going to happen if I dont change to the 4040? Thanks, Brad Greenblurr93 10-24-2007, 03:33 PM youll still be able to stop.... but you want the correct prop valve in there to take advantage of the new disks... get it swapped asap vxturbo 10-24-2007, 04:37 PM Damn...My car hates me lol. I guess I will try and figure out another way to get those lines off. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
