Exclamation 94 blazer 4WD overdrive problem

i have just replaced the tranny and doing so fixed the slipping but the problem still remains with the overdrive gear it just will not shift into OD. Is there a shift module or something of that nature that can be tested. thanks for any suggestions.

Welcome to AF.
Shifting is controlled by shift solenoids and transmission computer.
You need to get a transmission capable scanner on it and look for codes and check shifting.
If any codes post back codes.
