HI GUYS A QUICKY

JUST PURCHASED A SHELL IVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR ON E BAY FOR AGES, IVE CUT IT OUT ANS ABOUT TO SPRAY IT. DONE A FEW SHELL BEFORE AND ONLY ONE HAS EVER TURNED OUT CRAP AND THE PAINT STARTED TO FLAKE OFF. IT WAS A REALLY NICE SHELL ASWELL.

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS IVE CLEANED THE SHELL THOROUGHLY AND ITS STARTING TO GET WATER MARKS INSIDE THE SHELL. ARE THESE OK TO LEAVE OR WILL I HAVE TO WIPE THEM OFF. REALLY DONT WANT TO RUIN THIS SHELL

Use steal wool to LIGHTLY scratch the body in all the areas you want to paint(not the windows you want them to be clear)

Also be sure to use paint that is designed for use on RC body shells. It is designed to be flexable and usually won't crack and chip off. You can use some other kinds of paint, but it drys into a hard shell (not designed to be flexable) and will flake off and/or crack in the event of a crash.

I first wash the inside of the body with warm soap and water, then before I spray I wipe it down with denature alcohol.
