My variable control switch for the windshield wipers quit working. An automotive supply company said the unit was a part of the lights they are clearly separate and the cost was in the $275.00 range.

Question 1 is there a way to get the wiper switch separate?


Question 2 is the switch the problem?


Question 3 I was told the motor of the wipers was not the problem, because the motor had no circuit board or sensing of motion switch related to it?
