Red face heater went out 95 Millenia

Can someone please help me I started installing a new and since i didn't have a wire harness i cut the plug that the wire were attached to from the car, then i tried to hook it up that way, when it didn't work I tried to connect the wires back to the plug, when I did so the nothing worked right. So I quit and pushed the wires back into the socket. When I crank my car the heater wouldn't come on the clock and heater display come on but i can't push it to come on. Then my light in the top of the car won't come on, the doors won't lock unless the key is in the ignition, and a light is on in the dash board. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL WHAT I SHOULD DO. MY E-MAIL ADDRESS IS D_LUV05@YAHOO.COM
