Got a small query regarding my Pathy 2001.
I am getting a weird sound Like a Spring Being Release from the Right Hand Front Tyre, while i make turn in when not in motion.

Can someone tell me what is causing that sound. I am also getting a oil leak. Not from the engine or Gear Box. Its from a Box which is connecting the front two wheels.

I beleive the '01 had struts in the front. It could be a strut bearing that is starting to seize up and causing the spring to tighten up before it turns. Do you get a jerk on the wheel when this happens?

Sounds like your oil leak might be coming from your front differential.
