I have an 89 camero with an aftermarket tbi system. I believe it is a Holley tbi. Fuel gets to the injectors but they do not spray. What do I test check or whatever. The car has set for atleast 5 yrs. The tbi has four injectors on the top and it has an edelbrock intake.
Help me

Get a set of those light bulbs that plug into the fuel injector electrical connectors and make sure that the voltage is actually getting to the injectors, if the light bulbs don't flicker at all you need to figure out why.

If they do flicker your injectors are probably seized in place or clogged up with varnish or some kind of thick goo. You could try soaking the nozzles in fuel injector cleaner or just replace them.

Torch is referring to noid lights. Before you go any further you may want to check the fuse for the injector circuit. Also carefully inspect the wiring in general. Rodents have been known to gnaw on the wiring of vehicles that sat for a while. BTDT.

Holley ProJection? You poor bastard. Those things didn't work worth a crap when they were new, let alone now that they are ancient and unsupported.

Like Bonnett mentioned, the first thing to establish is proper fuel pressure. Not only should the pump be running, ut the system needs 13+ PSIG to have a chance to run properly (not that the ProJection ever ran properly).
