Exclamation 78 vette wont go after brake stand

Ok so i messed up,i was playing around and wanted to burn rubber.so i put the car into 2nd and held the brake while hitting the gas ..and nothing, car wheels didnt move no forwards or backwards, there is power going to the wheels but no acceleration...i never had any transmission problems car was mint...also something stange happens when i put the car in park ,it makes a sound like if i put it in park b4 the car was at a full stop""hope everyone gets it ....any help please or its (AT )

notice nobody has replied to this....could be tranny fried, could have stripped slip yoke out(not very likely, but still possible), could have snapped the output shaft. quite a few things i am not listing here that could be...am tired, long day. if you are feeling up to it, remove the drive shaft and see if the tailshaft in the tranny will move around with car in park. good luck and keep us posted.
