Hose On The Bottom Of The Car

Yesterday, I noticed a hose hanging down from the bottom of my Beretta and was wondering what it's function was? It's located between front right tire and center front of the car. It doesn't seem to be bothering anything or causing problems but the car's manual doesn't show the front bottom part of the car to show what this hose does. The hose looks kind of crinkly cut.
