Installing a Bypass pulley! Depressurizing AC System?

Hey since there is a very bad sound coming from my AC compressor I have decided to put a Bypass pulley on it to get through the winter and put a new compressor back on in the spring. Questions: How do I depressure the AC system because there is freon still in it seeing that it still blows cold. Also, what should I do with the lines that connect to the compressor once the bypass is done? Thanks in advance!

The system must be evacuated into a recycling system. The lines should be sealed to prevent moisture from getting into the system.
