Hello... I'm new to the forum. I spent some time moving around the site, reading the threads and I gotta' tell ya'... this is the best forum going.
Okay, I know I should be able to figure this one out... but looking at the serpentine belt, the tensioner, the idler pulley, and that over-the-top bracket... what the hell!?!?
Anyway... I just wanted to know the right way to remove the alt from my '99 zr2 extra-cab with the 4.3 and auto tranny. I have to swap it out 'cause she's a little tired.
Go easy on me... I know you're all laughing at me for not knowing this one.:uhoh: Most of you guys could probably do this in your sleep, right?
