new turbo or Blow-off valve and intercooler?

Wat up ppl...i currently have a '03 jetta 1.8T with 56K miles and I wanted to have some upgrades done to it. I have been reseraching for intercoolers and Blow-off valves and I wanted someone to point me in the right direction. i don't want to spend too much but i do want to have a bit more juice in my car...i was considering a new/bigger turbo to put in my jetta, or should i just buy an intercooler and a blow-off valve? ...my car is currently stock...i will be purchasing a cold air intake sometime this month as well as anti-sway bars. If i decide to go with the blow off valve and intercooler would there be a significant increas4 in power? or is this totally a waste of money?...what if i only decide to go for a blow off valve? - is that smart?

thanks in advance!
