I have a '96 Chevy Lumina. It uses a chip key. I only have one key for the car and would like to get another. Who would I find to get the key or is there some way to bypass the chip so I can use a regular key?

Your dealer can cut another key.
Or some lock smiths can make them.

My local dealerships charge $30 for a copied key. The local locksmiths charge $9 - Up from the $7 they used to charge. And one of them actually CUTS the key from code on a blank hob instead if using the grinder type key duplicator. They work right every time.
