Help with Eunos Presso Transmission

Hi,
I have a Eunos Presso 1.8 V6 automatic.
I have to replace the transmission, but I live in Barbados and it would be far cheaper and easier to buy 1 in North America than from Japan.
My question is this: Does the transmission from an MX3 fit my Eunos Presso? If not, can I purchase a transmission for a Presso directly in North America?
