2001 BMW 330CI blower moter, intermittent speed

I have a 2001 BMW 330 CI conv. and the AC blower motor seems to have a mind of its own. No matter what the blower speed setting is it will switch from high to low to sometimes off on its own. Please help!!

Your final stage maybe pouched or your blower motor.. could be either one. do you know where to find either one?
