camshaft sensor

where is the camshaft sensor on 2001 chevy 2500hd 8.1 engine.

I think it's behind the engine (firewall side), at the bottom.

The camshaft sensor is in the frontof the engine.

The crankshaft position sensor is in the back near the firewall.

why do you ask??
