no spark

I got a 92 s10 that came with the 4.3 it has a 305 ho I put in it using the fuel injection and computer from the 4.3 ran great got good mileage and all, I decided to take it obn a short trip and in cut off going down the road, upon trying to recrank it was smoking around the coil, I towed it home, changed the coil, the distributor, ignition module, distributor cap and rotor button, the ecm, and I have check for power, the coil is getting power, just no spark from the coil so tell me whats my possibilities

Check for power to the ECM.

where do u do that which part of the ecm there is 4 plugs
and if I don't how do I fix it keep in mind I have already changed the ecm and I am getting fuel at the thottle body just no spark

You will need a manual (haynes) and look to see which wire or wires have battery power. Check fuses first.
