Okay,so everybody thinks you cant supercharge a 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0L.You can.I have a 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0 4x4 ext. cab.Some guy on ranger forums said the lower intake on the whipple will not bolt up to it,it has been done by swapping some stuff out from the wrecking yard and losing some emissions components. the problem is whipple does not make them no more so you are most likely going to have to buy it second hand.

Don't worry 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0l owners,I,m dedicating my whole month off work(if it takes me that long)of finding out what can be done to supercharge a 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0l.I'm finding out what the difference between a 2002 3.0L(because a supercharger is available for the 2002 3.0l)and a 1999 3.0l.Im going to find out what can be added,changed,or removed to possibly make a whipple supercharger work with the 99.If i think it will work,i will purchase the unit and install it.I will post a video on www.youtube.com (http://www.youtube.com). I will also post the prices on anything that has to be added to make the unit work.
