'06 SS wheels rubbing on '02

Ok this isn't actually a silverado problem, it's an impala problem. But the impala forum isn't as active as this one, plus I always post in here anyway.

But here's the issue. Got a new set of 06 impala SS wheels 18x7 on 235/50/R18 Goodyear's. The rears rub on the strut housings. Anyone know of a fix for this issue? Perhaps a set of wheel spacers might do the trick but I would like that to be my last resort.
