Mike is correct. Administrators and moderators will usually move threads with technical questions for technical problems to the appropriate forum. Normally, this results in a redirect message being posted in place of the original thread. The redirect will appear for a specified period of time, then be removed.

If you have read This Notice you would have found that is standard practice. It is intended to get your topic in a forum which will give it the greatest exposure to those who might be able to help.
