It's your Flux Capacitor. Those things are always causing trouble. I'm not sure how much a shop will charge you to replace it, but you can usually pick up the part on
Ebay for a reasonable price.
In all seriousness, it's almost impossible for anyone to help you with this one over the internet. You should try to get someone to look at it. That's probably the only way it's going to get repaired. Sorry.
