'95 VW Jetta sunroof motor

My sunroof opened and stayed open after I locked
the passenger door with my key. Is there an electrical short?
I think I may need a new sunroof motor. How much do they cost?
Where is the sunroof motor located? How is the replacement?
I would like to do this myself.
