Car is running really, really, really rich.

Alright, heres my situation. This si the 3rd 2.4 I've put in this car. 97 Z24. none have ran rich like this until this one. I replaced EVERY sensor on the engine few weeks back because it was running rich then as well, well you can really smell gas coming out the exhaust and it stinks bad, I have to E-Test my car this year to renew my stickers and afraid it won't pass.....I have Lucas in my oil, I recently Seafoamed the engine, change the oil regularly, all sensors have been changed, no codes when I plug my scanner in, I have a WAI and that's it under the hood. Could anyone please post what they think it is.....I won't be able to drive after May if I can't have it pass E Test.... thanks guys, hope I can figure this one out...

I also just put new spark plugs in last weekend as well, and run 94 Octane gas.

First pull the trouble codes and fix any. It sounds like you might have a miss or the fuel injectors are running rich. A scan tool with live data would help find the problem.

if it was too running rich, dont you think your oxygen sensor would pick up on that and turn your CEL on? for emmissios purposes ya know??
if all else fails you have PLENTY of time (till may) to try another engine, lol

Connect a fuel pressure guage to the fuel line.
